Bernadette Le Grand is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia with over 25 years of legal experience, having since 1985 worked in legal offices in Regional and South East Queensland as well as over 4 years as corporate counsel/Commercial Manager for a Government owned utility.  She has extensive experience in commercial law including negotiating complex commercial transactions and drafting of documentation, with a view to avoiding "legalspeak".

Her experience in court work and her experience in management led to her interest in mediation as a preferred method for resolution of disputes.  Bernadette is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Mediator (accredited under the Australian National Mediator Standards) and an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner based in Gladstone.
